Dr. Emmanuel Yao Voado, MD., a Neurosurgeon, is the Founder of Mawuli Pharmacy & Medical Supply, Ltd., a private endeavor strategically birthed to empower the health care providers and consumers with a fully stocked pharmaceutical and medical supply store which will be made available to them for the first time in Ghana and Africa at large, improving their health and saving the lives of millions of people.

Hello, I’m Emmanuel Yao Voado. It’s an honour for me to be divinely chosen to found and lead one of the world’s most ambitious and cosmopolitan medical forces, which is desperate to transform the health of millions of people in Africa.

Our vision is to extend healthcare to expand happiness: A world in which individuals, civil society groups, and the daily lives of people are freed of diseases. We want to provide a central wholesale pharmacy and 24 hour retail centres in some strategic locations in the capital, Accra and all the regional capitals and densely populated cities of Ghana, where patients can access not only drugs and medical supplies but also some basic grocery items needed at night. As the experience becomes successful in Ghana, we will extend our tentacles to disseminate to the entire continent of Africa.

Our mission is to serve the people with quality health care delivery, assuring health care providers and consumers that a fully stocked pharmaceutical and medical supply store will be made available to them for the first time in Ghana, the West Africa sub region and Africa at large, improving their health and saving the lives of millions of people.

Our purpose is based on the fact that the health of humankind is our passion and we are cemented on the values of Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect and Excellence, the (I CARE) principle.

As an individual who hails from a poverty stricken background to prominence, by divine grace, it is our duty and responsibility to give back to the society, so as we flourish in the endeavour, our corporate social responsibility shall include collaborating with our NGO wing, Cosmopolitan Aid Foundation, through outreach programmes to care for the poor and weak among which are the orphans and vulnerable children, the widows and their children, the elderly, the physically and mentally disabled, the students and the public at large. We hope to train medical professionals from impoverished communities of the world to go and do likewise.

We invite you to ride with us on this exciting journey of impact investing, as it is a socially conscious form of investing that seeks to generate both a social benefit and a meaningful financial return.

That’s our Continental Vision.
